  • Converted a 675 MW combined cycle facility to a joint ownership structure, serving regional load serving entities. Developed and led a joint management structure to coordinate the various ownership objectives.
  • Worked with ownership, plant staff, and regional authorities to successfully recommission a 1,100 MW combined cycle facility after years in a mothballed state.
  • Redeveloped a 260 MW cogeneration facility for successful isolated operation after its historic steam host was shut down.
